Incorrect listing

Please assist i noticed that on my credit report i have been listed for an old capfin account that has prescribed and written off i need this to be removed as its blocking me from buying a house i dont owe capfin and i will be taking this matter to the lawyers i dont know the hell DMC remove this ****.
