Incorrect Debt Listing

The have listed me for owing Homechoice(which i settled over 7 months ago) and appears on my credit report. They had initially cleared and have listed again 6 months ago. I have three months now, calling, emailing their offices with promises to resolve the matter. Yet they are still on my credit report and i am still in their debtors book. My life is affected negatively by this.

Have also sent them my settlement letter.
