Incorrect and Unauthorised Credit Listings by DMC3 and DM5 – Request for Removal

I am lodging this complaint against DMC3 and DM5 regarding unauthorised and incorrect listings that currently appear on my credit profile. I do not acknowledge any debt to either DMC3 or DM5. I have never app**** for, entered into, or signed any credit agreement with these entities, nor have I ever had any form of communication or business relationship with them. Despite this, both DMC3 and DM5 are reflected on my credit record, causing ongoing prejudice to my credit standing. I have formally disputed these listings and have requested documentary proof. Should such proof not exist, I request the immediate removal of all DMC3 and DM5 listings from my credit profile.
