Inconsiderate and Terrible Customer Service

I had two outstanding debt payments to settle. I had settled the one 3 months ago and DMC have not taken it out of my credit score. In fact it shows as "In Arrears", I can't apply for anything but I can afford. Their service has been terrible. I have been waiting for a girl named Danielle Jordaan to call me back since Thursday and I have not received any feedback from them.
