I had a westbank account that was handed over to DMC in June 2019 they called me and I made arraignments with them which I was faithfully paying they never updated the payments on itc. June 2021 I decided to call westbank directly and I made the settlement with them directly they have sent me the paid up letter I have forward the letter numerous times to the DMC call center the team leader M Ntikinca, in received numerous calls from Nathaniel, Esetu,Mayakazi,Mandisi and numerous others and they still calling me and sending me messages I really don't know what to do any longer to resolve this matter all I get is empty promises and unprofessional staff members that chew chappies over the phone and have no respect!
