*********** DMC employees handling our lifes

My name is Nokuthula Radebe id no ***, i had a debt balance with DMC which i have paid off and when i called requesting a settlement letter i was rudely assisted by a girl called Neliswa who said i did not pay and did even want to check or request for a POP. When i atked ti be assisted by someone who is going to listen to my query she said i must call back and put down the phone. If DMC is unprofessional and hires *********** people who dont have a mere listening skill then we are in trouble because our lifes are in the hands of blind employees. I need someone to call me to explain where the money i paid into DMC account has gone to as my balance has not changed
