INAPPROPRIATE LISTING

The Experience I had so far with DMC is only horrible and yet so unfair.

They approached me as I was their client to settle my debts with them. I did so and they confirmed with a settlement letter.

To my surprise every time I try to apply for credit I get declined but I have proof in my hands that I paid up.

I sent them 2 emails requesting follow up on the issue but they have ridiculously waited for me to call them back 9 Months after their proof of settlement.

Pathetic.

I tried calling them and the only thing I get is being transferred and then put on hold while you hear them talk and laugh in the background.

I am extremely disappointed and angry. See the email I sent them earlier. Good Afternoon DMC Team

I have settled all my account with DMC, Mzuvukile confirmed that my account is paid up and there is no outstanding balances whatsoever. He also promised that my name with be cleared with ITC within 23 working days.

9 months down the line, my name is still listed at the credit bureau, for the same paid up debt. I have requested numerous times that my name should be cleared.

URGENTLY: Sort this out please. I will await for your response
