<p>Once again Dmc has *******ly listed me on ITC for a debt they claim I had in 2005,therefore 11 years ago. This is ******* based on the following:</p> <p>1. I have never acknowledged any debt, nor any form of communication from DMC for this debt.</p> <p>2. Since I have never acknowledged any debt or made payments towards it in the past 3 years the debt is PRESCRIBED.</p> <p>3. It is Law(NCA)that you inform a person you plan to list them and give them 20 days to respond. Which clearly was not done.</p> <p>Thus I demand that you remove that listing and I will be complaining to the Credit Ombud regarding the ******* actions of DMC </p> <p> </p> <p>A</p>
