If you think Cell C is bad

Maybe you should get more staff or you communication sucks with Cell C. I have send POP to Cell C but still they kept harassing me, if that was not enough they got you involved and i send you the communication with Cell C and the POP and all quite, now again you sending me mail to get discount of payment. ***, don't you have a competent department that can see the proof or are you just as useless as Cell C. I am asking you to stop harassing me with your incompetency.
