I want my money back!!!!..

DMC does as it please in my account..We had an agreement that to debit on the 25 but u decided that I mad,you debit on your day..I want my money with immediate effect.. Imagine I can't go to work because of DMC debit my last money to go-to work.. Reverse my money back and with immediate effect Thank you.
