I want my money

In August a consultant by the name of Francious Van Heerden was sent out to my house due to me not paying MTN because they deducted insurance+the monthly contract fee but could not fix my cellphone when I needed the insurance,case was handed to DMC and this consultant accompanied by another came so I can sign a mandate which states that I pay on the 31st of each month..two months passed and they never debited ,today on the 6th November they decide to debit without my permission I contact the consultant he makes a **** payment receipt stating his refunding me frome his personal account ,on the other hand DMC creates a scenario for themselves that they have the right to do what they want in my account even on dates we never agreed on..I want my money.
