I need a paid up letter from DMC

I am very disappointed about DMC, they have failed to give me a paid up letter. I have requested them so many times with no help or even response to my emails.

DMC was deducting my money twice in one month, so I went to Foschini store and to ask about this company because I did not trust them. And that caused by their customer service which was not good.

By the 02 June 2021 my account was paid up and I was owing Foschini store amount of R7 496,58 but ended up paying R10 393.33 since they said there was an additional balance of R2 896, 75 which was for the agency DMC.

I have confirmed with Foschini store that I don't owe anything, but DMC kept on saying I still has an outstanding balance of R1019 which I do not know where it comes from. I requested them to phone Foschini for confirmation but then everytime I phone them, they always say "DMC will send a query to the third party".

Since now I haven't heard anything from them. My question is, "why DMC is interested in people's account while they don't have a proper customer service and strategic way to resolve issues?
