I have a problem with a company called DCM debt collectors. They are constantly contacting me regarding an account that was paid up long ago last year (Homechoice) i have communicated with them previously also forwarded my Paid up letter but to this date they are still sending me messages and put it into my Credit bureau which is now unnecessarily affecting my credit score.
