I expect the amount outstanding to be written off
Unhappy with DMC. I logged on to my *** account and only to find out that I have a debt of R580, gave me a settlement amount of R408 but now it is still showing a balance of R175? How so? I ensured to make the full settlement amount also to get done with this account which if i was aware I could have settled the whole amount of rather even make a payment arrangement for monthly installments.
