Horrible services!

Acc No:***7 DMC please transfer my money back. every time i call i am being told the issue is now with finance department how long must i keep calling for my own money my child is about to be excluded from exams because she is owing fees and the money am suppose to pay with is with you. somebody please do something this company is ****ming people. I am beyond frustrated!!
