HIFI CORP ACCOUNT

My Hifi Corp account was initially R20000 and i have been paying you. to my surprises the account is now R40000+. how did the account reach R40000, i was unable to pay the R20000 so how will i be able to pay the R40000+ ???? and worse you have been debiting my account but the account is not even going down. keeps on increasing.
