Help

I don't know how I cross paths with them...but they making my life impossible..they flagged my name without my knowledge or approval...now I can't do anything they say I owe them money...but I took nothing from them....the funny thing is I never received an sms from Totalsports saying that my account was handed over to DMC...can anybody help me get out of this DMC....pls
