Heartbroken & disappointed

I’m honestly very disappointed and saddened by my experience with DMC. My intention has been to settle my account and put this matter behind me, but unfortunately, getting assistance and feedback has been extremely difficult.

I have made several requests for a further discount because I genuinely want to make an immediate payment and settle the account. I was even advised to ask my funder to submit a request for a discount, which they did, but I am still waiting for feedback.

What makes this experience heartbreaking is that I am not trying to avoid my responsibility or delay payment. I am actively trying to find a way to settle the account, yet I feel like I am struggling to get the communication and assistance I need.

I sincerely hope DMC can reconsider my request and provide me with a reasonable final settlement amount. I would really appreciate being treated with understanding and given an opportunity to resolve this matter.

I am not writing this review to be harsh or disrespectful. I am simply disappointed because I genuinely want to settle my account, and I wish the process could be handled with a little more communication and compassion. I understand that I have an obligation to pay off my debt and hence I want to actively make a payment .
