Harrassment from DMC

I keep receiving calls from DMC with incorrect information and dept. going back to 2002. That is 13 years ago. I was a minor that time. Dept. so old has been extinguished by prescription. Two years ago they were in contact with me and it was settled. Now we are back at square one again. I would like them to stop harassing me and close any file against me immediately and get there information correct.
