harrased at work

<p>I'm being harrased at work and a guy goes to my old place of residence saying he will contact my boss. DMC bought of my old foschini account that is more than 4 years old. These guys are ridiculous and very unprofessional when i contacted the call center the agent says just keep your mouth shut. Do they have any telephone etiquette or have have had any training on how to speak professionally.</p>
