Harassment over Prescribed Debt

Hi, I am being harassed by this company phoning me almost 10 times a day over prescribed debt. I have not heard anything from any of the original lender in over 5 years and some of these so called outstanding debts are not even listed on the ITC and these people are trying to collect money from me. I keep getting SMS's from them saying save 41% etc. Save 41% on what exactly, money that you are trying to ***** from me? I have already spoken to a lawyer and if they do not remove this supposed debts and traces and whatever other stuff they listed and stop phoning me I will take further legal action. They have also prevented me from opening a bank account at two different financial institutions. I tried opening a standard bank and capitec saving account but was declined do to DMC's record of old debt that i was not contacted about for over 5 years prior to them starting with this harassment.
