Harassment of Prescribed Debt

I keep getting SMS's regarding a debt that is over 15 years old and has been prescribed.<br> When I phone regarding this, and I have done so 3 times and spoken to 3 different people I am told the Legal Department will look into it and call me back....months down the road I have still not had any feedback.<br> The SMS's are starting to come every second day now.<br> They can't even get my gender right.<br> I have no choice but to protect myself with Legal Action.<br> Strange how this all started happening after I filed my tax return, anyone else noticed that?
