Harassment call early morning

It's be I week now I receive a call early in the morning around 06:30 or earlier than that. If I answer this call no one talking. I try to call it back it leave me on voice mail that's where I am getting dmc. When I google this dmc I realize lots of people complain about this harassment number. People please be careful with this **** numbers. And I will like hellopeter to invistigate this number
