Harassment but emails are being ignored.

I have been sending emails to [Email Removed] requesting the following documentation, yet your call center keeps on phoning me all hours of the day demanding me to pay for a debt that has been prescribed!<br> <br> This morning my husband was phoned 6:30 in the morning which is totally unacceptable!!<br> <br> When I asked any kind of paper work to be forwarded to me I get stoned walled by your call center and my emails are being ignored.<br> <br> Please send me the following documentation.<br> 1) Original debt contract.<br> 2) Proof of the date of default<br> 3) The handover amount and the breakdown of all the costs.<br> 4) Proof of communications taken place the last three years.<br> 5) Proof that this debt in not prescribed.<br> <br> If you cannot provide me with the required documentation as is required by law, close my file and DO NOT PHONE ME AGAIN!!!<br> <br>
