Harassment and utter disrespect.

At the beginning of the year maths ace went to my niece's school to promote their product, my mother agreed to take on a subscription with them for their product to assist my nieces with maths.One of their consultants, came and loaded their software on my laptop, but could not get it to work, he then said he will come back with another one as he didn't understand why that specific one wasn't functioning, and he also said maths ace will sent through pin codes for the learns to be able to access the system.The consultant never returned, and maths ace never sent us passwords. My mother tried several times to contact their customer services number and she didn't get any joy, and then decided to go to the bank to recall the money, this was in June after 3 or 4 debit orders were processed from her account.A couple of hours after the money was recalled, we started getting endless calls from their debt collectors DMC, at some point they were phoning both me and my mother at the same time, or would call more than three times in one day. Recently they started calling us as 6:00 am every day, and if we miss their calls, they call more than five times in one day. They don't check the facts and
