HARASSMENT AND THREATS

in the past 2 weeks my husband received 2 sms's for my attention. Not knowing who DMC is i started looking online and saw it is a debt collections agency. I contacted the callcentre and spoke to a lady there who advised me that it is regarding a Woolworth account. I immediately was shocked as that account has been settled more than 5 years ago. I immediately pulled a transunion credit report that clearly states that I have no outstanding debt with woolworths. I phoned her back and she said that she will remove my details from the system. This morning I was contacted telephonically. This woman most likely still on training got an earful as I have now not only sent them emails pulled my own reports and phoned them twice without having my details removed. <br> I was phoned back by what I am assuming is her team leader or trainer. She THREATENS me to go to court with me as I was rude at the girl who phoned me. You obviously do not know your Law. I have done My part and the harassment has got to stop. This is unacceptable and I promise you that you will def hear from my representatives should anyone contact me again.
