Fustrated and being harassed by DMC

Im extremely fustrated with DMC. There have an account that is currently being processed by my insurance from inception. My insurance is waiting for certain documents from their client!!!<br> <br> I have provided the claim number, everything, but still I receive calls without fail. I have sent emails and no one responds!! The call centre agents are like programmed robots and unhelpful, Their supervisors are always busy...... grrrrr<br>
