Frustrating service

I launched a complain about DMC and they responded on the 31 march 2021 that i should send my ID number or Account reference number for investigation of which i did. its almost a month now not hearing from them, im failing to understand how long does it take for them to log into their system because my case doesn't need any investigation, the accounts has prescribed.
