********** arrangements

I made debit order arrangement with this company for my total sport account for 4 month arrangements started from August and November, so I called them yesterday to ask for paid up letter since I finished paying my account they told me stories,they said the person who was assisting me with the arrangements did not capture correct information on their side and their supervisor will contact me,I didn't get a call from their supervisor im trying to call them immediately when I give them my ID number they just hung up on me,they don't want to cancel a debit order because I'm done paying they are ********** and ****s.
