I was contacted by one of your consultant and was harrased as she stated that i have an account with you guys, she did not specify as to what account was it and i checked on my credit profile as well it does shows,,,would you please assist to report fruad as i do not have any account with your institution nor have an account that's handed over to you guys.

all my accounts are up to date and not handed over please assist with a ***** envistigation.
