*****, falsifying ITC Information

<p>They attempted to deduct money early from my account, claiming it was for a non payment, when this was proven false their then said that they had changed my payment date to ensure they received payment. The payment date was end of the month this was on the 13th. Needless to say I reversed the payment. On the 17th October they took their money from my account. Subsequent to this I logged an official complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>DMC responded to this by submitting false information to the ITC claiming I haad not paid in October and that my account was 3 months in arrears, what they did not report was all my privious 18 on time payments, plus the payment for Nov. </p> <p>I then sent them a copy of my bank statement proving that the money had been deducted on the 17th October and that it was not reversed (as they falsly claim) and requested they correct this. To date they have not responded in any way nor corrected their false allegations of late payment.</p> <p>BEWARE OF THESE SHARKS they will try rob you, and if you dare stand up to them they go to any lengths, including ******* ones, to ruin you.</p> <p>Below is a copy of my statement from 13th to the 20 October clearly showing their payment going off and also showing that it was not returned to my account as they claim.</p>
