Please help me out. I received a call on my number from a cellphone number, (not a landline) and the consultant wanted to speak to my mother. I gave her my moms number...they called me almost every day and same thing I gave them my moms number. The other day they called and my mom was around so I gave her the phone. It was someone from DMC group claiming that my mom hasn't paid her standard bank and real people accounts. We were shocked to hear this news because my mother is not even working so how can she even have been given loans so the lady sent us a link so we could see the statement. Its 3 loans with almost 16k each. The shocking thing is 1,we don't even know the address thats on that statement that they claim is my mothers and 2,they been calling on my cellphone number though the ID number belongs to my mom. I just want to know how we can prove that my mother has never opened these accounts and that they clear her name.
