FIRST NATIONAL BANK CREDIT CARD

I recently got a phone call from the attorneys Hammond & Pole regarding my husband's credit card with FNB Bank, which was handed over to them. According to the attorneys and FNB Legal Dept, they last received a payment on this account in July 2015. Here is my problem:<br> DMC Naedo has been debiting our account with R150 each and every month. We always have funds available for all our debit orders to be honored. I checked my bank statements and religiously every month a payment of R150 was debited by DMC, however has not been paid over to FNB Credit Card. I can not get hold of anyone to tell me where my monies has gone to and I have Hammond & Pole on my back too.<br> WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE? WHAT DO I DO NOW???
