Fed up with DMC

<p>I had a Nashua Mobile account years ago about 6 years ago and the account was paid up. Nashua mobile then got cessed. There was no longer have a contractual relationship with Nashua Mobile, but directly with the applicable service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>I get an sms and email stating that I owe over R14000. I called DMC to ask for the full statement with no luck . I spoke with two ladies both promised to send through the statememnt but noone sent through. I belive this account to be closed </p> <p>I also informed them that its ******* as per the National Credit Act, amendment March 2015 to try and claim prescribed debt. They can't even tell me when the last payment date was which is a legit request.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am fed up and will be escalating to the National Credit Regulator and Debt Council as its ******* to try claim prescibed debt. Will see how long it takes before someone else tries to claim the same amount.</p>
