False pretences

I am being bul**** by DMC and they even debiting my account without permission . They came to my work place saying they were sent by Capitec and said they get a judgement if I don't make arrangements and I went to Capitec they don't have any outstanding under my name even currently banking with them ...They have listed me under all credit bureaus . I am confused please assist because the ones calling even state different amounts and daily .
