Failure to reach field agents so payment may be rendered.

The business is run in a terrible manner. I’ve been calling for the past 2 weeks willing to settle a prescribed debt from 2019. I was informed my account has been handed over to a field agent. I requested the number of the field agent so I may reach out and request a discounted settlement amount so settle the said debt. They cannot get hold of their own field agent. The agent in question has made no attempt to contact me or visit my fixed work address. This is tiresome as we are all aware of the economy of our country. As a client I have the money now to pay and settle the debt yet they themselves cannot assist me. ***
