Extremly bad service

This debt collector is not trust worthy at all.Im struggling to get answer but the dont respond.They are quick to blacklist you for debt but if they owe you,they are reluctant to refubd

I've been waiting since two weeks ago for a consultant named Hannalore Kock to phone me to clarify why she told me DMC over deduct money and I need to be refunded.She took my ID,Bank letter of convermation,email adress and home adress,but up till today she dont respond to my plea to call me.She's always not available when I call,which is bull.
