Extremely horrible service, pathetic

They don't even deserve a 1 star tick it should be blank they closed off my account themselves in January I confirmed with ITC and they said they closed it clearly coz the acc is prescribed, yesterday they decided to put that account back on ITC clearly the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, I spoke to a arrogant consultant Siphosethu that didn't even understand the query he jus wanted to answer so I got so upset and asked for the supervisor he gave me his email address I have sent numerous emails to the so called supervisor Sivuyisiwe Mzwakali that doesn't want to do his job bcoz he isn't even replying to a single email so why are these ppl supervisors and customer service agents,bad bad service I am reporting them to the NCR and financial ombudsman next.
