DMC sent a false update on my credit profile stating I missed payment last month whereas I never did. One of my account I paid up in August is still showing as in areas even at this time, as a result my credit dropped by 18 points. I raised this with them and they've been pillar to post. Asked for proof of payment(for the one I settled) I sent an sms which wasn't proof enough according to the agent. I sent my bank statement which also wasn't proof enough. These people are robbing me off my financial freedom as I can't do anything because of them(applying for credits). I am very ****ed I've felt this way in my entire life. My suggestion to everyone having accounts with them. DON'T PAY IT.
