DMC3 Loan loaded on my Credit

THIS IS UTTER *******!! I was able to check my credit report, and a account of DMC3 has been loaded. I do not have any knowledge of this account and I do not know what this account is for. This account must be removed ASAP as this is affecting my credit score drastically.
