DMC3 I never took a loan from you, remove yourself from my credit profile

Hello Peter. My name is Mpho Leope. This company called DMC3 appears on my clear score record and I never ook a loan from them. The have added thier name this month saying I owe 18000. Can they please remove thier name from my profile on clear score. Or I will take legal action.
