Dmc trying to Rob me

I would like to report this matter here. I have an account of R907 that was with DMC in 2021 I paid the account on the 29/10/2024 but this amount still shows on my credit record and I am still receiving calls after having settled this account 3 years account. I want this settled and my name clear . I am not able to get any credit please assist
