DMC total ****

I’m not happy with DMC, i called to settle my accounts and I was given the settlement amount and which i paid it up on 27th of August and I received the paid up letters of both accounts. one of their consultants says those letters are invalid and they don’t want to remove my name from their system or credit bureau
