DMC to be on complaint to CFDC on their request

DMC you send me a email not explaining anything simply a one way conversation. I requested confirmation that you carefully assessed my forensic audit and do not agree with it. Silence??? I asked for the false last payment date on the 27th of February 2025 to be removed After you acknowledged the R 4.63 was not a payment or admittance of account. SILENCE. NOTHING. NO CORRESPONDENCE. I Recieved an email from The counsel of debt collectors with an official complaint form. Seems like they assessed the forensic audit that proof last payment on 24th of July 2023. It Clearly prove that. I don't understand why DMC do not review and act on it. I will postpone the complaint form till end of business day the 25th of August 2023. If no exceptable response are communicated I WILL send the complaint form.
