DMC - Terrible service.

I asked DMC for a settlement. I also paid the settlement in full however when I checked my statement from them. I still owe them more than R1000. They said they will give me the paid up letter once I pay my account in full and I did it. I tried contacting them and they keep referring me to Addcon but Addcon has also not been responding to my emails or calls. I am disappointed.
