How can you list an account on my husbands credit profile as opened in September of last year when he cant get debt due to being blacklisted!! He does not have any accounts with you

so in terms of Section 22, 23, 40 of the consumer protection act In terms of POPIA

In terms of ***** !! Im handing this over to NCR and Vericred. If this is not rectified by 1 April and dissapears of my husbands name there will be formal charges of ***** as well
