Dmc ****

I hve 2 accounts with dmc and have been paying them no skipping. You first gave me an installment the first time they called me n I called them to lower it which I did but lately it's been added as missed payments n affecting my credit score n it's been almost a year paying the account. You promised to fix it n never did, wasn't it supposed to be restructured? I'm so unhappy
