DMC ****

DMC has pestering me to make payment arrangements for my markham and truworths accounts that have been handed over to them which i did the last two months I paid and later received a call from one consultant asking me why I missed the payments, I sent proof of payments to the emial address provided but I never received confirmation of receipt there of..November I paid on the agreed upon date but after checking my report, nothing has been updated and it states I missed payments for November, even after sending proof of payment, what type of **** is dmc running? They better sort this out quick or send my accounts back to the store where I can pay by hand and get my balance immediately..or I will report their account for ***** because this is bull****
