DMC REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT

I was under debt review since 2014 and is in possession of a court order. I had an a loan accountant at capitec bank to the amount of R21000. Fir the first year and a half i paid this loan every month, but i went on dept review and still capitec received money from from my dept review. Capitec bank went and sell my account to this DMC company whilst i was under debt review. After all my debts was paid off and every is closed, i saw Dmc still active on my credit report..... After numerous calls and emails, no one could assist me. Ii then tiok all my proof ti experian in Stellenbosch and explain my situation to them in person and submit my proof to them. Two days later my name was cleared, good job!! But one mouth later i check again on my credit score and saw Dmc account was open and active again. What proof did dmc present to experian to activate my account, obviously the have submitted ********** documents to experian. My the Dmc burn in hell.
