DMC please remove yourself from my credit report

I have received my prescription letter from DMC but they refuse to remove it from my credit report. It's still reflect on my credit report as in arrears. I have open an dispute with transunion and email them the prescription letter that DMC has email me. Transunion consultant told me DMC must respond to the dispute but they refuse to when I called and what's app them. Please help
